The badge is the coverage value from the relationship table: stated, partly, linked or conflicting. Then the
topic's revised date, the commit that last changed it, and the code owner who approved its pull request.
- Look for rows marked gap.
A gap is a requirement with no evidence topic for this model version. You can propose a link or record a decision.
