Run your first migration

Migrate the sample TPU map and read its report. It takes about ten minutes, most of it waiting for the run.

A Google account that the deployment allows. To run MANIFEST on your own computer instead, see Command line.

  1. Open the MANIFEST console and select Sign in.
  2. Select Maps.

    Each DITA map in the corpus is listed with its last run.

  3. On the tpu/tpu.ditamap row, choose migrate and select Start run.

    The run appears as queued, then running.

  4. When the run finishes, open it.

    The run detail lists every topic with its result for each check.

The gate passes when no topic fails a check. A topic that fails is either fixed by a proposed rule or sent to a writer. See Review a failed topic.
