A build publishes different pages

One build publishes a page that the other build doesn't.

Cause: Conditions on the map, or a relationship table that keeps a filtered topic published.

  1. Compare the topic's conditions on the map and in the relationship table.
  2. Add the same condition to the relationship-table row if the topic should be excluded.
